Congrats and good luck Kim and Adrienne

By Brad Scott

Fun times with Kim and Adrienne

We congratulate and wish Kim Irvine and Adrienne Kennedy good luck on being invited to represent Australia as members of the team to compete in the the WCF World Senior Curling Championships in Korea from 21-29 April 2023. The championships will be held in the Gangneung Curling Centre, the home of Curling for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics. Read of their preparation plans, travel arrangements and goals for this fantastic opportunity. Check out their bios page to read how they began curling, both at a young age. Whilst each have very different origins, both have the credentials and experience worthy of their invitation and may surprise their opposition. We wish them the best and look forward to following their journey ahead.

WA Curling Facility

We are planning Australia's first dedicated curling facility - click here for more information and to donate

Curling has started taking off here in Perth, and it's time for our sport to take the next step and build a dedicated curling facility that has world-class curling ice available all week, every week.

The objective of this project will be to fund a 5-sheet curling facility that meets international competition standards.

A dedicated facility will create a multitude of opportunities for programs for members and casual players of all ages and abilities. We will be able to establish a club environment where community connectedness can grow and national and international visitors can join for events from friendly tours to world curling championships.
