With Curling season nearly upon us (in the Southern Hemisphere), now is the time to start reminding your body what it needs to be able to do in order to make your hits without having to hit the physio the next day!
Whilst I am sure we have all been keeping active and fit (lol) over the festive season, but Curling after a break always seems to help you rediscover muscles you had forgotten about. Spending a couple minutes a day doing some simple exercises can really help soften the blow, and may even prevent an early season injury.
Here is a [link] to a short video that runs through some gentle mobility exercises to help you on the way to being ready for the start of the Curling season.
I hope this is of some use. Take care, and look forward to seeing you on the ice.
